Bank Statement Upload
The bank statement upload tool allows you to quickly import bank transactions into Witstally, reducing manual bookkeeping work.
How it works
- Select Account: Choose the bank account that matches the statement.
- Upload File: Upload files exported from your bank (e.g., CSV, XML, text format, or API-based formats).
- Review Transactions: The system parses the file and shows a preview list of payments.
- Link Entities: Match each line to a counterparty and a basis document.
- Confirm Import: Click save to import the transactions into your ledger.
