These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Witstally ERP service, including the mobile application and web platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering on the Witstally ERP platform, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. The platform is owned and operated by NOETIKOS Ltd, registered in the United Kingdom.

2. Provision of Services

We provide financial accounting automation for businesses. We make every effort to ensure uninterrupted operation, but we are not responsible for errors or temporary disruptions of integrations with third-party APIs.

3. Subscriptions and Payment

Subscription payment is carried out using the Stripe service. By providing payment information, you confirm that you have the right to use the selected payment method. Your subscription will automatically renew in accordance with the selected billing cycle until canceled.

4. Refund Policy

Since our services are digital and provided instantly after payment, all sales are generally final. However, if technical issues prevent the use of the service, or if you requested a refund within 14 days and have barely used the platform, we will consider your request individually (case-by-case). 5. Acceptable Use & Sanctions

You agree not to use our services for any illegal purposes. We strictly comply with international sanctions and embargoes, not providing services to persons, companies, or territories under UK, US, or EU sanctions. Violator accounts may be blocked immediately.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London.
