Witstally uses Stripe to process payments and manage subscriptions.

Subscription tiers

One paid subscription covers every Business workspace owned by the same account, up to the plan’s limit: Starter up to 5, Professional up to 15, Business unlimited.

Where your data lives

By default every workspace is stored in our shared database, separated by a tenant key that scopes every query. This is the standard model and it applies to all plans.

Isolated database (optional add-on, Business plan)

On the Business plan a workspace can be moved into a database of its own, with its own PostgreSQL role and password. Nothing else can reach it: the database rejects connections from any other role, and the workspace’s data no longer shares tables with anyone.

The fee is one-off, €12.99, per workspace — not a recurring charge. Business allows unlimited workspaces, so each one you want isolated is purchased separately. Once provisioned, the database stays with the workspace; there is nothing to renew or cancel.

Two things this deliberately does not claim:

• It is not a separate server. The isolated database runs on the same PostgreSQL server as everything else, so CPU, memory and disk are still shared. What is isolated is your data and the credentials that reach it.
• It is not automatic. Enable it from Settings → Billing, on the workspace you want moved.

Provisioning creates the database, copies the workspace’s data into it, and switches the workspace over. Your existing data is copied, never moved in place, so the operation is reversible until the copy is verified.

Updating payment details

Change your payment method from Settings → Billing in the app.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from the same page. Your data stays available until the end of the paid period, after which the workspace becomes read-only before eventual deletion — export anything you need before then.
