Witstally utilizes Paddle to securely process payments and manage your subscriptions.

Subscription Tiers

Witstally operates on two distinct architectural models depending on your plan:

1. Starter & Pro Plans (Shared Infrastructure)

Ideal for small businesses and independent contractors. Your data is securely separated logically via TenantID keys within our highly redundant, balanced database clusters.

2. Business Plan (Dedicated Instance)

For enterprises requiring absolute data isolation. Subscribing to the Business plan automatically provisions a private, physically isolated instance (containers and databases) specifically for your company on Hetzner Cloud.

  • No "Noisy Neighbors": Fixed, dedicated compute resources.
  • Enhanced Security: Data physically siloed from other clients.
  • Custom Subdomains: Access your workspace via yourcompany.witstally.com.

Updating Payment Details

You can change your payment method by navigating to Settings > Billing in your SaaS dashboard and clicking Update Payment Method. This will securely launch the Paddle overlay.
